Μελέτη της επίδρασης των απομονωμένων πεπτιδίων γάλακτος στην έκφραση του δισθενή μεταφορέα μετάλλων DMT1 σε κύτταρα και ανάλυση της περιεκτικότητας των πεπτιδίων σε αμινοξέα με αέρια χρωματογραφία ιονισμού φλόγας (GC-FID). Μελέτη της βιοδιαθεσιμότητας του σιδήρου σε δύο νέα λειτουργικά τρόφιμα στα οποία έχει προστεθεί σίδηρος.
