In Thesis I, the student, with the help of the supervising faculty member, determines the objectives and work plan to be followed, after first researching the international literature and documenting the originality of the work. The data collected is presented to the supervisor as a proposed experimental or bibliographic research plan, which can be implemented with their consent. In the next stage, and provided that the proposed research is approved by the supervisor, the student is trained in the methods and techniques included in the research proposal and makes the necessary preparations for the experiments.

In Thesis II, the student implements the experimental or theoretical approach to the topic they have undertaken.

Apart from (a) and (b), there are no other prerequisites for the evaluation and successful completion of the Thesis.
