The Undergraduate Program covers a wide range of subjects, starting with general subjects such as Chemistry and Biochemistry, Food Chemistry, to subjects related to Human Physiology, Nutrition, and Food Metabolism, and culminates in subjects specializing in the nutrition of specific population groups. It combines theoretical teaching with laboratory and practical training, applying modern and asynchronous teaching methods.
The program lasts four years and the courses are divided into eight (8) semesters. To obtain the degree, students must successfully complete all courses in the undergraduate program, successfully complete the practical training, and write a thesis.
