The Department of Nutritional Science and Dietetics places particular emphasis on serving its students, providing them with a variety of services such as student welfare, counseling, etc. In order to strengthen the student-centered educational process, as well as the principles of transparency and accountability, the Complaints and Appeals Management Procedure for students of the Department of Nutritional Science and Dietetics has been introduced.
The complaints or appeals management policy is aimed at students -ters of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of all cycles of study and aims to resolve disputes or problems related to the quality of educational and administrative services provided and is described as follows:
I. Disagreement on academic issues.
II. Inappropriate behavior by a member of the academic or administrative staff or another member of the academic community.
III. Inadequate guidance from a member of the academic or administrative staff.
In addition to the above, students always have the option of addressing the Department's General Assembly with a specific request, which may be more personalised and relate to the needs, particularities or special circumstances faced by the student.
