Students in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics have a legally established student association, through which they engage in union activities and participate in collective bodies, as well as being represented in the Department's Student Council. The association's actions always seek to support students, raise issues that concern students of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics on a personal or collective level, and to resolve any problems or difficulties that arise during their studies.
They coordinate actions within the broader framework of the student associations of the University of the Peloponnese and their respective Schools and are represented in the administrative bodies of the Dean's Office of the School of Health Sciences and the Senate of the University of the Peloponnese .
Finally, it strives to help first-year students adapt to both the new student environment of the School and that of the city of Kalamata, where the School's facilities are located.
