Applications for certificates are made through the electronic secretariat. Through the same system, students can monitor their individual file and, consequently, their progress. Students must visit the Department Secretariat during student service hours, which are posted on the Department website and at the Secretariat, in order to receive their certificates and attestations.
Indicatively, the following are issued:
1. Certificate of student status, which certifies that the person concerned is an active student.
2. Transcript of records, showing the student's progress in the courses they have taken.
3. Certificate of studies for military service.
4. Certificate of completion of studies, for those who have fulfilled the requirements of the Study Program but have not been awarded a degree.
5. Copies of diplomas and certificates relating to graduation (deletions), suspension of studies, and housing allowance.
