The Department of Nutrition and Dietetics operates a system of Academic Advisors. Study Advisors provide students with guidance, counseling, and support services with an emphasis on academic and study issues, guiding and supporting students in their study programs.
For the 2025-2026 academic year, the following are appointed as Academic Advisors (Decision PST 24/9/27.08.2025):
all members of the teaching staff take on an equal number of first-year students in ascending order of registration number
Mr. Sotirios-Spyridon Vamvakas, Assistant Professor, for 2nd-year students
Ms. Aristea Gkioksari, Assistant Professor, for 3rd-year students
Ms. Konstantina Argyri, Assistant Professor, for 4th-year students
Ms. Maria Dimitriou, Assistant Professor, for 5th-year students
Ms. Paraskevi Detopoulou, Assistant Professor, for 6th-year and above students
Academic advisors provide students with guidance, counseling, and support services at no additional cost, with an emphasis on academic and study issues, guiding and supporting students in their study programs.
Students can contact the Academic Advisor during office hours, by email, or by any other appropriate means indicated by the Academic Advisor.
For counseling support on Erasmus+ issues, the Departmental Coordinator is Ms. Evangelia Fappa.
